A |     齐鲁晚报·齐鲁壹点记者 赵波     日前，青岛西海岸新区综合行政执法局依法对青岛大珠山旅游开发有限公司作出行政处罚，该公司因未经批准私自打井取水，被处以罚款2万元。

B |          经查，青岛西海岸新区综合行政执法局接到黄岛区人民检察院检察建议书后，组织执法人员对滨海街道办事处青岛石门寺南门正对面进行执法检查，发现青岛大珠山旅游开发有限公司在该处未经批准擅自打井，并安装饮水机进行取水。经现场测量，取水管内径为20毫米。

C | 据悉，该行为违反了《中华人民共和国水法》第四十八条关于“直接从江河、湖泊或者地下取用水资源的单位和个人，应当按照国家取水许可制度和水资源有偿使用制度的规定，向水行政主管部门或者流域管理机构申请领取取水许可证”的规定，属于未经批准擅自取水的违法行为。

D |     依据《中华人民共和国水法》第六十九条之规定，青岛西海岸新区综合行政执法局于2026年7月9日对该公司作出行政处罚决定，责令停止违法行为，限期采取补救措施，并处罚款20000元。

E |     资料显示，青岛大珠山旅游开发有限公司成立于2017年9月，法定代表人徐潇玲，注册资本4900万元，系青岛西海岸新区海洋控股集团旗下企业，主要负责大珠山风景名胜区的旅游开发建设及运营管理。目前青岛西海岸新区正严格管控地下水开采、严守水资源管理红线，综合行政执法部门将持续加大水资源领域执法力度，对私自打井、违法取水等行为保持高压态势，切实维护水资源管理秩序。返回，查看更多。
